About the Project
1900 Lawrence is a landmark 32-story Class A commercial development in the heart of Denver鈥檚 Lower Downtown (LoDo) District. Located steps from Coors Field and Union Station, this 1,080,000 SF project was developed by Riverside Investment & Development and constructed by 成人福利视频, adding a significant presence to the city鈥檚 skyline.
The tower includes 702,000 SF of core and shell office space designed to meet modern workplace needs and 10,000 SF聽of ground-floor retail that enhances the pedestrian experience. A seven-level parking structure with two levels below grade and five above provides 615 parking spaces across 376,000 SF, ensuring convenient access for tenants and visitors.
