Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Sky Train Stage 2

About the Project

³ÉÈ˸£ÀûÊÓƵ provided Construction Manager at Risk services for the Sky Train Stage 2 project, completing the airport’s automated people mover system. This phase extended the train from Terminal 3 to the Rental Car Center, offering seamless connectivity across Sky Harbor—from parking and pick-up areas to Terminals 3 and 4.

Building on the success of Stage 1, which delivered the original fixed facilities, Stage 2 added a 2.5-mile guideway with elevated, at-grade, and below-grade segments, plus two new stations: 24th Street Station, serving economy parking and public transit and the Rental Car Center Station, linking directly to rental services.

Working within an active airport, the ³ÉÈ˸£ÀûÊÓƵ team expertly managed complex logistics, coordinated with multiple stakeholders and maintained safety and efficiency, delivering a transformative transit solution that enhanced passenger mobility and airport operations.
