³ÉÈ˸£ÀûÊÓƵ Construction Co. is a Delaware general partnership doing business throughout the United States and its territories. ³ÉÈ˸£ÀûÊÓƵ performs construction services and contracts in the name of ³ÉÈ˸£ÀûÊÓƵ Construction Co. in all jurisdictions except Florida, where ³ÉÈ˸£ÀûÊÓƵ Construction Co. does business under the registered trade name of ³ÉÈ˸£ÀûÊÓƵ Construction.

Subsidiaries 

³ÉÈ˸£ÀûÊÓƵ Construction Co.’s subsidiaries include, without limitation, ³ÉÈ˸£ÀûÊÓƵ Development, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, and ³ÉÈ˸£ÀûÊÓƵ Services LLC, also a Delaware limited liability company. 

Business Registration/Licensing 

In accordance with applicable state or territory law, ³ÉÈ˸£ÀûÊÓƵ Construction Co. is listed in the Partnership or General Partnership records with the Secretary of State of each state or territory where ³ÉÈ˸£ÀûÊÓƵ performs work.   ³ÉÈ˸£ÀûÊÓƵ subsidiaries are included among the Corporation records for each such Secretary of State listing.
