About the Project
³ÉÈ˸£ÀûÊÓƵ provided Facility Management services to Kodak Colorado Division from 1969 through 2012 under the auspices of a General Service Agreement that covered a wide range of call work, preventative maintenance, and reactive maintenance. Included were projects involving new construction, remodel, demolition, site work, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC for the industrial complex.
³ÉÈ˸£ÀûÊÓƵ was the builder and Facility Services provider for the Eastman Kodak Colorado Division from 1966 until the contract was terminated in the business dissolution in 2012. Beginning with a 650-acre site in Windsor, Colorado, the manufacturing facility expanded to eventually cover more than 900 acres, containing 24 buildings/structures, and comprising more than 3,000,000 SF of building space. During the height of operations, the Kodak Windsor plant operated 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, with critical shutdowns scheduled three or four times per year for intensive equipment servicing.
Over the years, ³ÉÈ˸£ÀûÊÓƵ provided commissioning and TSO services for multiple buildings on the Kodak campus. ³ÉÈ˸£ÀûÊÓƵ performed decommissioning services as buildings were closed. ³ÉÈ˸£ÀûÊÓƵ worked with the new facility owners to prepare and transition the buildings and maintenance data to new ownership and maintenance systems.
